WHO ARE WE

SDC Capital Limited (SDCC) is licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Investment Advisor/Fund Manager and as a Pension Fund Manager by National Pensions Regulatory Authority (NPRA).

SDCC is a wholly – owned subsidiary of SDC Finance Limited.  Our parent company SDC Finance is in turn owned by the following shareholders:

  • Trans Africa Holdings Limited – TAH
  • Five(5) Local Banks namely: Ecobank Ghana Limited; Cal Bank; GCB Bank; ADB and NIB
  • Individual Investors
